All donations are tax deductible as Samaritan Foundation has received 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service. Because of Internal Revenue Service rules, we are unable to accept donations that are earmarked or designated by you for the use of a specific individual. However, we are able to accept gifts that are undesignated or are earmarked or designated for a specific project or use. We just can't accept those that are specifically designated for a particular person. We would appreciate your understanding regarding this.
