Homer's e-pistle

Good morning from an internet cafe on our way to Israel. I pray that this finds you safe and secure and full of joy in your journey on your way home to Glory. It is always amazing to us both as we approach Israel that we begin to use a few phrases in Hebrew in our conversation with each other. This truly gives us a real sense of assurance that the Holy One of Israel lives and abides in us and that He is excited with and for us as we continue to live out His plans and purposes for Himself.

We continue to stand in awe as we realize that we are on a divine assignment from the King of the Universe. My prayer for you today is that you will come into His rest for yourself and that you will spend your hours each day worshiping and praising Him for His goodness that is extended towards you. His plans for you are awesome and He is excited about sharing with you those things that your ears have never heard and your eyes have never seen.

I have been asked many times over the years how do we get into this position. From time to time I have a good laugh with a dear friend that I met many years ago after I had spoken to a group. This dear saint, named Gloria, came forth and asked me to pray with her about getting into the will of God. I smiled at her and had her take a step to her right and when she did this I simply looked at her and told her she had just stepped over into the will of God. She was not too impressed with my answer but she told me later that the Lord spoke to her that it is just that simple.

You want to have a moment of fun and joy today? Get up from your computer and take a step and say out loud. Lord, I acknowledge that you are mine and I am yours and I freely and gladly step over into your will for my life. From this moment on I surrender myself to your unlimited and unconditional love for my life. I freely with joy embrace your perfect ways for me. Speak, Lord, your friend and servant has listening ears.
