Welcome to the Samaritan Foundation Website. Hopefully you will be able to grasp the simplicity of what we feel the Lord would have all of us to be about in our everyday living. The testimony of God about Jesus is that he was a man that went about doing good - feeding, healing and freeing mankind from the devil.

Homer and Ruby Owen moved to Ariel, Israel in 2000 to build a miniature golf course and deli. The citizens of this Jewish community have observed a normal couple who love Jesus with all of their hearts live and love them by providing a needed recreational facility where the best hamburgers and home made ice cream are served. You are welcome to stop by and have a cup of coffee and visit for a spell here in the Hills of Samaria.

The Samaritan Foundation is a Bible-believing organization that has the purpose to support Israel and build relationships between Christians and Jews and Arabs. We have the best of two worlds living here in the hills of Samaria as we live among both the Jews and Arabs. Our home base is Waco, Texas when we are not here in Ariel. Ariel is about 40 miles north of Jerusalem in the Hills of Samaria. We have a volunteer center where you can stay and discover an exciting way to serve the Lord by serving His people. When you contribute to our tax deductible foundation you will be helping to support our work in Israel. Our administrative expenses are very low; therefore almost 100% of your donations are used for reaching out to both Jews and Arabs.
